Fixes:
- Out of memory error was being thrown when importing model data from Excel, which was caused from multiple routings coming from the same activity and going to the same destination activity.
- Arrival logic for arrivals assigned a Calendar was being executed even though the arrival was off-shift.
- A crash would occur after a shift carryover was initiated in a unique case where multiple units of a resource were recaptured and the entity continued to the next statement in logic when it should have waited for additional resources to be captured prior to moving on.
- A scenario would not simulate if only some of the Percentage-based routes out of a given Activity were selected as parameters and not all of them.
